When to take it: Day or night as needed. You may need to take a higher dose (more mL) at night.
How to use it. Start low and go slow. Start with 0.1 mL. Observe effects over the next 6-8 hours. Increase slowly by 0.1 mL every couple of days until you reach an effective dose.
